PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 DAYS FOR PROCESSING TIME. If the item is in stock, we usually ship within 24 hours. This allows our client to make small changes to orders; for example if incorrect address was entered. We will notify you in case of any delays. If you require your order in a rush, please contact us via email to inquire about express shipping. We will do our best to meet your deadline. Please keep in mind some items are handmade which may delay the shipping by an extra day, this is worst case scenario.

You are responsible for all shipping costs when sending item(s) back for exchanges and repairs. Rose & Ella (excludes Ella Collection & Talia G Collection) is happy to fix any broken jewelry, please send images to so we can see what's broken & include detailed information about what the issue is. Each piece is handmade and all accessories & jewelry are delicate, but we understand that these things do break. **Note here at Rose & Ella we are constantly working on improving the quality of each item, and are striving to make each piece be forever accessories. If the item broke and meets company standards, you need to pay for is the shipping of your item , Once fixed we will ship it back to you at no additional cost.

What is the jewelry made of? I am allergic to nickel?
The majority of our accessories & jewelry are made from suede, leathers, vegan leathers, beads, brass or stainless steel. (excludes Talia G Collection) These metals are nickel-free, and hypo-allergenic for most people. Fashion accessories & jewelry should be avoided wearing in water, during sleeping and exercising in order to preserve quality & material.
